GreenMail24

GreenMail24, designed by GreenPost company, is an internet platform providing services involving mass generating, management and distribution of electronic documents. Among other things, the application allows to:

• Create electronic documents in PDF and XML formats, along with the applicable metadata,
• Encrypt PDF files with a password,
• Signing e-documents with a qualified signature and marking them with a qualified time tag,
• Verify the electronic signature’s and time tag’s correctness and validity,
• Send the documents and track the delivery process along with mass dispatch management (one e-mail notification for numerous invoices),
• Receive the documents sent by suppliers/partners registered in the system,
• Report the document distribution results,
• Archive the sent and received documents.

E-document distribution may refer to various documents concerning finance, debt recovery, sales or marketing. GreenMail24 system has been designed to handle the mass e-document distribution. It includes productive mechanisms in charge of optimizing signing and dispatch processes which guarantee an efficient e-document distribution.

Thanks to the integration module prepared by NAV.COM, GreenMail24 can be accessed from Microsoft Dynamics NAV as well.
